Account Deletion

At Skillagig, users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time. How to Request Account Deletion To request deletion of your Skillagig account:

1. Send an email to privacy@skillagig.com
2. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request
3. Send the request from the email address registered with your Skillagig account.
4. Include your registered name and email address so we can verify your account.

After verification, our team will process your account deletion request.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When your account deletion request is completed, personal information associated with your Skillagig account will be deleted or anonymized where applicable, including your profile information and account-related personal data.

Certain information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or regulatory purposes.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days after successful verification.
